JGZ-richtlijnen

Richtlijnen voor de jeugdgezondheidszorg (JGZ) zijn een belangrijke bouwsteen voor JGZ-

professionals en hun samenwerkingspartners. In deze app zijn alle aanbevelingen van deze richtlijnen terug te vinden. Voortaan kunnen professionals altijd de JGZ-richtlijnen erbij pakken, of ze nou met collega’s iets vlug willen opzoeken, of bijvoorbeeld op huisbezoek zijn en geen internet tot hun beschikking hebben.

Gebruik de app om snel de informatie over taken en adviezen te raadplegen. De app houdt je op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen rondom JGZ-richtlijnen. Naast aanbevelingen heb je nu ook altijd handige overzichtskaarten, bijlagen, folders en links bij de hand.

Op zoek naar een specifiek onderwerp of weet je even niet meer waar een aanbeveling stond? Gebruik dan de zoekfunctie die resultaten uit alle richtlijn thema's voor je op een rijtje zet. Wil je de onderbouwing van een richtlijn induiken? Lees dan verder op de JGZ-richtlijnenwebsite. Bij publicatie van nieuwe of herziene richtlijnen zullen zij ook verschijnen in de app. Voor ideeën om de app en/of de JGZ-richtlijn te verbeteren is een feedback optie beschikbaar.

Het Nederlands Centrum Jeugdgezondheid (NCJ) beheert deze app, de JGZ-richtlijnenwebsite en stimuleert de implementatie van JGZ-richtlijnen. De app is ontwikkeld binnen het project ‘landelijke implementatie richtlijnen in de JGZ’, met subsidie van ZonMw.

Guidelines for Youth Health Care (YHC) are an important building block for JGZ-

professionals and their partners. This app can be found all the recommendations of these guidelines. Henceforth professionals can always load up the PCH directives, whether they are colleagues want to look up something quickly, or for example, home visits and have no internet at their disposal.

Use the app to quickly view information about tasks and advice. The app keeps you informed of developments around PCH guidelines. Besides recommendations can now always have handy overview maps, attachments, folders and links at hand.

Looking for a specific topic or do you just not where there was a recommendation? Use the search feature that puts results from all guideline themes for you at a glance. Want to dive into the basis of a directive? Then read on the PCH website guidelines. Upon publication of new or revised they will also appear in the app. For ideas to improve the app and / or PCH directive is a feedback option available.
